The Continental

The Continental was a five-story, 102-unit condominium hotel, originally constructed in 1948. The property is located at the entrance to mid-beach at the southwest corner of 41st Street and Collins Avenue on Miami Beach. Upon acquisition, the property was converted to a 100-room Hampton by Hilton while preserving the historic elements of the original building. The adjacent surface parking lot, which was part of the condominium, is being developed into ground-floor retail with a structured parking garage above it.
