Downtown Dadeland is a 127,635-square-foot retail lifestyle center comprised of the ground floors in seven mixed-use buildings which include 416 residential units constructed in 2008. The property is ideally located on Kendall Drive in the middle of the Dadeland triangle, which includes the 1.4 million-square-foot Dadeland Mall, 2.2 million square feet of office space, and more than 4,500 residential units. Downtown Dadeland is adjacent to the Miami Metrorail’s second busiest commuter station and is surrounded by many of Miami’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Upon acquisition the property construction was completed, and the property was branded and leased to stabilization.
